Thank you for using Self Reliant Scholarship. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of our platform regarding the application processing fee.
The fee paid on this platform (₹55 or ₹80) is strictly a processing fee for document verification and application submission assistance to the government scholarship portal. This fee is non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment is successfully made.
Please note that paying this processing fee does not guarantee the approval or disbursement of the scholarship. The final decision rests entirely with the Government of Madhya Pradesh and the respective scholarship departments. We will not issue refunds if your scholarship application is rejected or delayed by the government authorities.
It is the student's responsibility to provide accurate and correct information during the application process. If an application is rejected due to incorrect information or fake documents provided by the applicant, no refund will be initiated.
In the event of a technical error where the payment is deducted from your bank account but the application status remains "Pending" or "Failed" on our platform, the deducted amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 working days. If you face any double deductions, please contact us with your transaction details, and we will assist in resolving the issue with our payment gateway partner.
